On March 25th, the Graduation Ceremony for the 2012 Postgraduates of ECUST School of Business was grandly held in the auditorium on the Xuhui campus. 374 graduates attended the ceremony.

The ceremony was attended by Vice President of ECUST Chen Yingnan as well as teachers from School of Business, including Dean Wu Baijun, Deputy Dean Ma Ling, Deputy Dean Yan Haifeng, Director of Institute of European Studies Yang Fengmin, Director of MBA Programs Office Gao Song, and tutors. Deputy Dean Huang Lujin presided over the graduation ceremony.

The graduation ceremony drew the curtain in the solemn national anthem. First of all, Dean Wu Baijun congratulated all the graduates and encouraged them to respond to challenges positively in their future lives.

Next, Deputy Dean Ma Ling read the degree conferral decision letter of the ECUST Academic Degree Evaluation Committee. The 374 graduates respectively went up on the stage and received their degree certificates from the university and school leaders.

The awarding ceremony was held afterwards. The university and school leaders presented awards and honors to the outstanding graduates. Enthusiastic was heard from time to time.

Later, Miss Shan Lina made a speech on behalf of all the graduates. Associate Prof. Dong Linping, deputy director of Department of Business Administration, extended sincere hopes to the graduates.

In the end, Vice President Chen Yingnan extended the most sincere congratulations to all the graduates and gratitude to all the teachers for their devotion.

The graduation ceremony ended up in a beautiful chorus “A Hero Never Dies” sang by all the graduates and tutors.
